One of the most important sexual muscles other than your penis is your pubococcygeus, also known as the PC muscles. Both male and females have this muscle, for females, this muscle helps keep their vaginal areas nice and tight, and also shoot ping pong balls. For males it basically solves every sexual dis-functions and it even increases penis size but because of length of this article, we’ll only be going over its uses for men. Every man on earth should do some kind of PC workout simply for the fact that you cannot afford not to. Flexing the PC muscle is also called doing a “Kegel” due to the name of the doctor who discovered the pubococcygeus. Do we really have to tell you what his name was? PC exercises are extremely easy. In fact they’re by far the easiest and least time consuming of all the exercises. If you stay with the program and develop a strong PC muscle you will be an Iron Man in bed, fully able to ejaculate when you choose to instead of being at the mercy of how fast you “get there”.
What Does PC Muscles do?
Having a weak PC muscle causes weak erections, weak ejaculations, impotence, premature ejaculation, and further nasty limp problems. Basically, This muscle helps control the force when you ejaculate by controlling the passageway to your ejaculatory duct, and controls the blood flow to your penis by acting as a “pump”. Having a strong exercised PC muscle will give you LIKE A ROCK erections, greatly improve your sexual stamina, and even reverse many if not all of the sexual problems you may face as you age. How will it help you when you get older? Because it will not only go a long way in keeping your prostate healthy, it can also help you avoid what is known as “incontinence”. The best way to describe what incontinence is to use older people as an example. As people get older they tend to lose control of their bodily functions and thus are unable to hold in urine and bodily waste products like they used to. Long story short, you don’t have to wear a diaper when you get older.
How to Perform Exercises
There are few different types of PC exercises, just like your workouts in the gym. I will list the exercises easiest to hardest. First, the most basic exercise is the PC Flex. I recommend PC Flex for first timer or beginner. Next are PC Flex & Hold, PC Increments, PC Towel Raise, and PC Exhauster. Most common mistakes beginners make are forgetting that this is a workout of your muscles, PC muscles are muscles like your chest, and bicep muscles, do not confuse them as tissues like your penis. Just because you’re not working out your chest or your biceps doesn’t mean you can go from PC Flex to PC Exhauster, this will not get you results any faster. It’s like going to a gym for the first time and jumping on the 225 lbs. Barbell bench press, it’s not going to happen and even worse, you might get hurt (damage your PC muscles). Give 3 ~ 4 sets with given reps 1 minute rest in-between sets. Remember don’t forget to warm up before exercise, and to give proper rest after workout.
PC Flex
Before we get started on your PC muscles, we have to find it. Fortunately, this is extremely easy. Next time you pee try stopping the flow completely when you’re about half way done. You just used your PC muscle. As mentioned before you’ve known about this muscle all along, you just don’t know how to really USE it. You can also identify the muscle by getting a very hard erection and then trying to move your penis without using your hands. You should be able to make it move “up & down”, that is you using your PC muscle. This is by far the best muscle to exercise EVER, because it allows you to get raging hard erections, and pump blood into your penis at will.
When you have identified your PC muscles, start out by tightening and loosening your PC muscles 20 times. If it’s hard for you to get control over your PC during this first trial try visualizing yourself urinating and then stopping in mid stream, this usually helps. Once you’re done with the 20 times, flex and hold the last one for 10 seconds. When you first begin this exercise you may find that you cannot hold a PC contraction for more than a second or two. Don’t worry, this is perfectly normal. As you practice daily your muscles will become stronger and stronger. In a few weeks time you’ll be able to flex and hold it for as long as you like. When you have done with 20 flexes, try resting a minute and then do 2 or 3 more sets, resting for 1 minute in between each. If you cannot continue because you’re fatigued, it’s ok. Remember, this is a workout you can’t go from bench pressing from 100 lbs. to 200 lbs. the next day. Work your way up to 500 flexes 3 ~ 4 sets, then its time for PC Flex & hold.
PC Flex & hold
Once you’re warmed up do about 10 normal flexes and then on the 10th flex, hold it for a count of 25. Now, repeat anywhere from 6 ~ 20 times and rest for a minute. Your goal is to do 20 times of 3 ~ 4 sets. This exercise will make you the long lasting lover all men want to be and will give you an erection harder than oak. Don’t forget that this exercise depends on you so be sure to stay with it and don’t give up. THERE IS NO WAY TO FAIL with this as long as you exercise your PC regularly and properly. You’ll thank yourself that you stuck with it when you’re in the sack with your lover and you can choose how long you want to go for instead of being in the 90% of men who have no control! This also helps greatly with ejaculation control, ensuring much more powerful and forceful ejaculations. Trust us, your partner will be thankful too!
PC Increments
It’s basically tightening and loosening the PC muscle in small portions or increments. Start by tightening your PC muscle, hold it, then tighten a bit more, then hold, and then tighten all you can and hold it. Hold this for around 20-30 seconds and then reverse what you’ve just done. Loosen it a bit, then hold, loosen it a bit more, then hold, and then loosen all the way. You can do this for about 3-5 sets with little or no rest between sets. Because this involves small increments in muscle tension there is almost no way you’ll be able to perform this exercise within the first few weeks of training. Hold off until you already have real control.
PC Towel Raises
This one is my personal favorite, it’s easy to perform and its kinda fun. When you have a full erection and are standing up (preferably in front of a mirror) hang or drape a towel over your penis. Now simply try to lift the towel by flexing your PC muscle and making your penis “jump.” Start with only a few reps and work up to 100 or more 5 times a week. You can vary how hard you flex your PC, how quickly you do so, and of course how much weight you use. A washcloth is fine for beginners while I’m up to using a wet bath towels! Now that’s some serious strength where it counts!
PC Exhauster
This is the master of PC workouts. So, you should have tried all the other PC exercises and gotten used to them for a couple of weeks before you try this one. This exercise is very rigorous and demands a lot from you. You will without a doubt appreciate the workout after you’ve done it for a few weeks, but doing it for the first time can be quite hard so persevere and stick with it.
Find a place that you’ll be comfortable with, ideally in a sitting position. Warm up your PC as you usually would, with 30-50 slow strong contractions. When you’re done with that, give your PC a good tight clench and hold it there for around 15 seconds. Now do around 120 PC flexes, nice and closely controlled. Thought you were done? Nope, now flex your PC to the max and hold it there. DO NOT let up. Try your best to hold it for around 50-60 seconds. If you can hold it for longer then great, that means you’re a superman! Now after this one you won’t argue that you deserve a brief rest so take one for about 30 seconds. You’re almost done now. Do about 40 PC flexes but take your time, making each one take a few seconds. Be sure to do a total of 40. That is one set, now try to go for 3 ~ 4 sets!
Your training is complete my grasshopper! Now all you have to do is pick one of the exercises to do regularly. I recommend the Towel Raise. When you have this kind of power you’ll be able hold off the urge to ejaculate simply by squeezing your PC tight. You’ll last as long as you want until you CHOOSE to ejaculate.
The real beauty of this exercise is that you don’t have to be anywhere special or need any preparation, equipment, lubrication, or that matter even privacy. You can do them anywhere you like because no one can tell what you’re up to, as long as you’re not making strange faces! ;-)

I do PC muscle exercise for years now…it really work and it can improve male sexual stamina!
But there are 2 major pitfalls in the exercise. Timing and failure to locate pc muscle.
Now there’s a new product in the market that put software & electronics into the exercise. The device is basically a timer that prompt user to do the exercise so user can fully concentrate on the exercise.

well, locating your PC muscle is pretty simple, as explained above, all you have to do is while your peeing, stop. there you have it, you just used your pc muscle.
or try to move your penis up and down while you have an erection with out touching, and once again, you just used your pc muscle.
having trouble differentiating between my anal sphincter muscles and my pubococcygeus.. are they the same thing?
also, could you elaborate on the connection between ejaculation control and muscular strength? i’m not clear as to how muscles are related to ejaculation at all..

To answer your first question, no they are two different muscles that are located very close to each other and some times it is difficult to isolate the PC muscles. Simply put, anal sphincter controls the flow of the solid waist and PC muscle controls the liquid waist.
you will be able to isolate the PC muscle more easily with practice. Practice by urinating and stopping in mid stream, and repeat. like I said before, the muscle your using to control the flow of your urine is the PC muscle.
for your second question, imagine stepping on a garden hose while the water is turned on; you foot being the PC muscle, and the hose being the urinary track. Harder you step on the hose, less water comes out, and eventually when your PC muscle is strong enough, you can even hold back your ejaculation. You can even achieve multi orgasm.

you are correct. anatomically penis is not a muscle. however, you can train and work, improve your penis tissue like any other muscle parts.
