Intense Exercise Promotes Fat Loss Best

One of the most frequent questions asked is what is the best way to lose fat?

A University of Virginia study found that both men and women who exercised intensely for 4 months lost more body fat compared to those who exercised moderate intensity.
Both men and women were put through same exercise and diet programs. The group who trained intensely worked out at 75-80 percent of their maximum effort and group who worked out moderately worked out at 50-60 percent of their maximum effort.
This is a basic common sense principal, harder you workout, more muscle fibers you will activate, more muscle fibers you use, more calories you burn.
Just make sure you exercise correctly and safely. It’s not easy being beautiful…
